Great stay with friendly vibes

The staff were super friendly and really helped us find our way around Paris. The in-room breakfast was a nice touch, especially after long days out. The only bummer was that the room was a bit cramped for our family, but it had everything we needed.

Unfortunately, the cleaning and maintenance must be completely reviewed, as we noticed dust in the corners and some hair in the bed.

We were terribly let down by the lack of basic amenities. There was no room service available. The room was uncomfortably small for our family, leading to a cramped living situation during our four nights there. The cleanliness left much to be desired, with visible dust and hair.

We had a lovely view from our window and enjoyed the good Asian restaurants nearby. The hotel had a cozy lounge area and a fun game room for relaxing after a long day. The only downside was the shower gel sachets were a bit limited, but overall, we really enjoyed our stay! 😊

Plus, the staff made it stress-free by holding our keys at reception whenever we left. That was a nice touch! The place had a cozy vibe but maybe a bit noisy at night due to the neighborhood buzz.

The value for money at Hotel Paris Gambetta was great, with spacious rooms, large windows, and comfortable bed linens. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from a metro stop and close to bus options. The staff, especially Mayor, was friendly and helpful.

The morning meal could have been improved with a few more small utilities, like a water cooker.
